The 1st time I applied Live Chat, I was at posture #two while in the queue and it took 18 minutes until finally a Dwell agent responded. The second time, I was at position #two yet again, but this time it only took eight minutes wait around time. This is quite superior when compared with other exchanges that only reply through email, without Live C
